摘要
铝合金水冷电机壳的水道两端封闭采用了搅拌摩擦焊技术。所设计夹具与PLC控制系统相连,可实现操作编程和调整焊接参数,使整个焊接过程实现自动化,可保证焊接的完整性。针对铝合金水冷电机壳水道焊接过程力矩过大,工件容易产生变形等问题,设计了对工件内侧进行液压锁紧的涨套和外部成型顶块液压抱紧装置,实现了水道环形的连续焊接。该夹具的成功应用,提高了产品质量和生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。
Friction stir welding technique was adopted in the closing of the two ends of water channel ofaluminum alloy water cooling motor casing. The designed clamp was connected with PLC control system.The operation was programmable and welding parameters were adjustable. The entire welding process re-alized automation to ensure the completeness of the welding. Aiming at the problems of big torque andeasy deformation during the welding of motor casing water channel, a hydraulic clamping device insidethe work piece and a hydraulic holding device externally were designed to realize the continuous weldingof water channel ring. The success application of this kind of clamp improved product quality and pro-duction efficiency and obtained good economic effect.
