摘要
通过快淬法制备了具有TbCu_7结构的SmCo_(6.9)Hf_(0.1)(CNTs)_(0.05)薄带。成分为SmCo_(6.9)Hf_(0.1)(CNTs)_(0.05)的合金在快淬速度10~50m/s之间都只能得到TbCu_7结构。薄带矫顽力、饱和磁化强度和剩磁等都随快淬速度增加而提高。通过透射观察发现,加入到合金中的CNTs出现在晶界中,且由于四周晶粒的挤压而破碎。快淬速度50m/s的SmCo_(6.9)Hf_(0.1)(CNTs)_(0.05)薄带的磁性能最佳:Hci=18781.0Oe,Ms=76.9emu/g,Mr=66.
By means of fast quenching speed method, SmCo6.9Hf0.1(CNTs) 0.05 thin steel strip with TbCu7structure was made. Alloy whose composition was SmCo6.9Hf0.1(CNTs) 0.05 could only get TbCu7 structurewith 10~50 m/s fast quenching speed. With the increase of fast quenching speed, strip coercivity, satura-tion magnetization and remanence all increased. Through transmission observation, it was found thatCNTs which were added to alloy appeared in grain boundary and broke because of the extrusion of itssurrounding grains. The magnetic properties of SmCo6.9Hf0.1(CNTs) 0.05 thin steel strip with 50 m/s fastquenching speed were the best Hci=18781.0 Oe, Ms=76.9 emu/g, Mr=66.8 emu/g.
