摘要
为避免不达标的焦化废水直接排放后对环境造成污染,莱钢焦化厂将焦化蒸氨废水输送至烧结工序作为烧结料加湿混匀用水消纳使用。在消纳使用过程中出现了水池液位测量不准、水管道结垢堵塞等系列问题,严重影响烧结正常生产。对上述现象产生原因进行了分析,发现储水池内水面泡沫杂物严重、焦化废水和配加新水混合后产生硫酸钙、硫酸镁等沉淀物是主要原因。通过采取在水池上自制安装简易浮子式水位计并加装监控、对焦化废水管道单独铺设处理、在混合机进水管道加装自制水过滤器、定期对系统管道和喷头进行酸洗处理等措施解决了上述问题,实现了污染物达标排放。
In order to avoid the pollution because unqualified waste water from coking process was di-rectly discharged to the environment, Laigang Coking Plant transported coking and ammonia distillingwaste water to sintering process to be recovered and used as water for sinter misting and mixing. Howev-er during the recovery, the normal production of sintering process was seriously affected because ofproblems such as inaccurate level measurement at water tank and water piping scaling and clogging. Theproblems were analyzed and the main causes found to be serious foam and unnecessary objects in watertank and the sediment of calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate generating after coking waste water andnew water mixed. Measures were taken of installing simple float type water level and monitor, individual-ly laying pipes for coking waste water, adding self-made filter in the intake pipe of the mixer and peri-odically carrying out pickling on system pipe and nozzles to solve the above problems and achieve pollu-tant emission with standard.
