摘要
以高校知识传播群体及其复杂交互关系网络为研究对象,探索高校知识动态网络系统演化机制及知识传播内在规律。基于高校知识网络动态复杂性及知识主体的主动性、适应性、个性等特点,利用复杂适应系统理论与复杂网络建模分析方法,结合高校实际环境构建了高校知识网络小世界Agent演化系统模型,分析系统行为演化的一般规律。实验结果显示,知识网络系统中知识主体个性特质越有效,越有利于知识传播的顺利进行;网络中知识传播前期效率越高,系统个体知识量增加均衡性越差,而后很快达到较高水平上的均衡状态。该研究为我们引导高校知识高效流动和传播、提高学生主体获取知识途径及建立和谐的师生知识网络拓扑结构提供理论和实践指导。
Taking knowledge dissemination groups and their complex relationships as the research object,the paper aims to discover the inner rule and restraining factors of the knowledge diffusion in the university knowledge networks evolution systems. According to the dynamic complexity of the knowledge diffusion process and initiative,adaptability and personality characteristics of knowledge diffusion agents in university,the small world agent networks model is established to explain the behavior rule of the knowledge diffusion in university by complex adaptability system theory and complex network analysis method. Experimental results show that the are more efficient agents,the knowledge diffusion more smooth is. The higher knowledge propagation is in the early stage,the poorer balance the individual knowledge is in the knowledge networks,and then soon reaches the equilibrium state on a high plane. The result is better for us to efficiently guide the knowledge diffusion and the way for students gaining knowledge,especially provide theoretical and practical guidance for establishing harmonious relationship between students and teachers.
