摘要
柴油机气门用33Cr23Ni8Mn3N奥氏体耐热钢热处理后的组织、晶粒度和性能指标控制难度较大。本文通过采用不同的固溶工艺和时效工艺处理,并对试样的硬度进行检测,同时观察晶粒度和组织,摸索了该钢热处理参数对晶粒度、组织及硬度的影响规律。
It is a tough task to well control the structure, grain size and performance of heat-treated 33Cr23Ni8Mn3N austenitic heat-resistant steel used for diesel valves. This paper has studied the effect rules of heat treatment parameters on grain size, structure and hardness of this steel by adopting heat treatments of various solid solution and aging processes, conducting hardness tests on specimens after each treatment, and observing and comparing the grain sizes and structures.
