活塞杆用中碳微合金化钢晶粒度的控制 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了一种大型液压油缸活塞杆用大规格圆钢实际晶粒度的控制方法,该方法根据钒、钛等元素在钢中与碳、氮结合形成化合物,起到钉扎晶界,细化晶粒度的微合金化原理,在用于制造液压油缸活塞杆的传统中碳钢中加入微量的钒、钛元素,并加入适量氮元素,显著改善了油缸活塞杆用中碳大规格圆钢的实际晶粒度,实际晶粒度级别可以提高2级以上,且无混晶现象。 The control methods of actual grain size of large-size round steel for large-scale hydraulic cylinder piston rod were studied in this paper. According to the effect of micro alloy principle, vanadium and titanium elements combine with carbon and nitrogen in the steel to form a compound, pinning the grain boundary, refining grain size, by adding small amount of vanadium and titanium elements in the traditional medium carbon steel, and proper amount of nitrogen, the actual grain size of large-size round steel bar for hydraulic cylinder piston rod was improved significantly.The actual grain size grade could be increased more than level 2 and without mixed grain phenomenon.
