摘要
通过对18CrMnB在不同热处理工艺条件下,晶粒度变化趋势的比对分析与研究,提出采用微合金化细化晶粒的措施来抑制混晶现象的产生,保证该钢种晶粒度级别满足用户需求。
In this paper, the change tendency of the grain size of 18 CrMnB steel with different heat treatment processes was analyzed and investigated. To suppress the formation of mixed grain, grain refining by micro-alloying was introduced, so the grain size of this steel could meet the requirements of the customers.
