摘要
通过TA15板坯分别在β相区和α+β相区开轧,研究其组织和对应的力学性能,结果显示在α+β相区开轧时,β相破碎较为理想,无新生成β相组织,能够得到等轴状组织,具有良好的力学性能;同时研究了变形率对板材组织性能的影响,结果显示,在未达到临界变形率时,晶粒未完全破碎,形成具有明显晶界的板条状组织,其强度高、塑性低,生产时应尽量加以避免。
TA15 slab was rolled separately in β phase and α+β phase, and its structure and corresponding mechanical properties were studied in this paper. The results showed that when the rolling was initiated in the α+β phase,the β phase breaking was ideal, and no new β phase could be generated, which could obtain the equal axial structure and have good mechanical properties. Meanwhile the effect of slab deformation rate on the structure performance was studied. The results showed that when not reaching critical deformation rate, grains were not completely broken, and a kind of banded structure with significant grain boundary was formed, which had high strength and low plasticity, so this situation should be avoided during production as far as possible.
