剖析了常宝原有的三辊穿孔机的结构特点及所存在的问题。重点对新型三辊穿孔机的结构特点、技术性能等方面进行了分析研究,对其关键的开式机架技术、压下平衡装置、技术送进角调整技术、轧辊锁紧技术等内容的进行了设计开发。并将这些技术成功的应用到三辊穿孔机的改造中。实践证明,通过改造使得产品质量明显提升、设备调整更加方便、自动程度显著提高、生产过程稳定可靠。该新型三辊穿孔机技术先进、操作方便,可以作为传统的三辊穿孔机改造的换代产品,具有重要推广价值。

This paper analyzes the structural characteristics and problems of the original three-roll machine of Jiangsu Changbao, focusing on the structure characteristics, technical performance of new type three-roll piercer. The key open frame technology, reduction balance device technology, feeding angle adjustment technology, roll locking technology and so on are designed and developed. And these technologies are successfully applied to the reconstruction of three-roll piercer. The practice has proved that the transformation makes the product quality improved significantly with more convenient equipment adjustment, and makes automatic degree increased significantly. The production process is stable and reliable. The new three-roll piercing machine technology is advanced and convenient, and can be used as a new generation and replacement product for traditional three-roll piercing machine, which has important popularization value.
