摘要 带钢组织性能直接受热轧带钢卷取温度的影响。卷取温度是热轧带钢生产过程中比较关键的操作数据,给热轧带钢的微观组织构成以及多种性能指标带来比较大的影响。为了更好地确保卷取温度满足工艺规定的标准,需要将提高热轧带钢层流冷却控制系统的精准性。 The microstructure and properties of strip steel are directly affected by the coiling temperature of hot rolled strip. Coiling temperature is a key operation data in production process of hot rolled strip, which has a great influence on microstructure and various performance indexes of hot rolled strip. In order to ensure that the coiling temperature meet the requirements of process specifications, it is necessary to improve the accuracy of laminar cooling control system of hot strip mill.
