General Renovation of Large Diameter BD Roller Guide

针对莱钢H型生产线在加大BD辊后导卫直径后,存在原设计导卫无法布置螺栓孔以及导卫通用性差等问题,通过对导卫增加待突起设计以及修改导卫的紧固方式,使得导卫通用性大幅提高,节约了导卫的采购成本,优化了现场的物流及存储。

Aiming at increased roller diameter of BD guide in H-beam production line of Laiwu Steel, and layout problem of bolt hole in original guide and poor generality of the guide, the guide is designed to be raised and fastening methods of guide is modified. The generality of the guide is greatly improved, which saves the purchasing cost of the guide and optimizes the logistics and storage at the scene.
