摘要 介绍了原循环水系统工艺及其缺点,以及新增库区独立供水系统的流程原理及其优点。新增的库区独立供水系统,可以脱离原有循环水系统单独运行,减少管网分支,减少压力损失,确保关键部位冷却水压力充足,保证冷却效果;同时,新增独立循环水系统还保证了在产线停机时可以不依靠主管网单独运行,大大降低了能耗。 The original circulating water system technology and its shortcomings are introduced, as well as the flow principle and advantages of the independent water supply system in new reservoir area. New independent water supply system can be separated from large circulating water system and run separately, reducing network branches with less pressure loss, and ensuring the key parts of cooling water pressure is sufficient, guaranteeing the cooling effect. At the same time, the reservoir independent circulating water system also guarantees that when the production line is down,the network can operate independently, which greatly reduces the energy consumption.
