Discussion on Estimate Readjustment Scheme of Resettlement Reconstruction Project in Zone of Tingzikou Reservoir Inundation

针对亭子口库区交通复建与农田防护工程中工程建设投资超过原概算,提出了概算调整分步实施方案,重点阐述该实施方案的合同清算方法,并以委托建设合同为基础,在满足合理、合规、合法的建设程序前提下,及时获得工程建设款项,保证项目顺利收尾。

In view of the construction investment exceeding the original estimate in the traffic reconstruction and farmland protection project in Tingzikou reservoir area,a step-by-step plan of estimate adjustment is put forward.It focuses on the contract liquidation method of the implementation plan,on the basis of the contract of entrustment construction and on the premise of satisfying reasonable,compliant and lawful construction procedures,timely access construction fund,in order to smooth ending of project.The study will be a reference to the reservoir resettlement project and other projects in adjusting the budget estimate.
