1例肺结核合并结节性结核性静脉炎的报告

A Case Report of Tuberculosis with Nodular Tuberculous Phlebitis

目的探讨肺结核合并结节性结核性静脉炎病的治疗。方法用利福霉素钠0.5g/日静脉滴注,吡嗪酰胺片1.5g/日、异烟肼片0.4g/日、乙胺丁醇片0.75g/日口服,同时进行护肝治疗;出院后结合使用抗结核药物固定复合制剂(FDC)HRZE继续进行强化期抗结核治疗。结果患者坚持治疗,皮下结节全部消退。结论本例患者有其独特的临床表现,其治疗方法值得推广借鉴。

Objective To elaborate a tuberculosis case with nodular tuberculous phlebitis. Method Report the treatment process and result about the tuberculosis case with nodular tuberculous phlebitis. Result and Conclusion This case with special clinical symptoms is worth studying.
