The Characteristics, Problems and Measures of Chinese Citizens' Network Political Participation

文章主要分析了中国公民网络政治参与的特征、存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。指出公民网络政治参与存在着的"数字鸿沟"问题、非法性政治参与和非理性参与等问题。因此,需要加强互联网信息基础建设和普及、对公民进行网络道德教育、健全网络立法等对策,为公民更好地进行网络政治参与开路。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese citizens＇ network political participation, and its existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The author points out that there are problems such as ＂digital divide＂, illegal political participation and irrational participation. Therefore, the ar-ticle puts forward the need to strengthen the construction of Internet information infrastructure and populariza-tion, the network moral education for citizens, and improve the network legislation and other measures for citi-zens to better carry out the network political participation.
