摘要
目的调查武汉市某心脏病专科医院护士对中心静脉导管(CVC)维护知识的掌握情况,并探讨其影响因素。方法采取方便抽样的方法在2016年1月-2月期间,对医院209名护士进行问卷调查。结果 (1)护士CVC维护知识得分为(71.69±10.11)分。(2)护士所在科室、年龄、工作年限、护士层级、是否参加过CVC培训对CVC维护知识得分的影响比较差异具有统计学意义。结论护士能够掌握基本的CVC维护知识,对置管维护信息的记录实施较好,对早期并发症的识别掌握较好。为了降低CVC相关并发症发病率,更好地规范和维护CVC,需要对规范化培训护士进行全面的、持续性的CVC维护培训。
Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses′ knowledge on central venous catheters(CVC) maintenance in a heart hospital and probe into its related influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling was used to recruit 209 nurses,and a questionnaire was carried outfrom January to February 2016. Results 1)The total score of nurses′ knowledge on CVC maintenancewas(71. 69 ±10. 11). 2)Scores of nurse with different department,ages,nursing years,nurse level,participating the knowledge training of CVC maintenance or not were analyzed respectively. Thedifference was statistically significant. Conclusion The nurses can master the basic knowledge on CVCmaintenance,record the catheter maintenance information well and do good job on the early recognitionof complications. It is necessary to strengthen comprehensive,in-depth,continuous training on CVCknowledge in nurses′ standardized training.
