教师与应试教育:从冲突走向和解 被引量:11

摘要 教师看似应试教育中施暴者,但实际上却是受害者,他们的教育理想和信念均受制于应试教育,因而教师和应试教育之间存在着明显的冲突。但冲突背后,教师的个人利益却也依赖于应试教育,并且受人情社会的影响,应试教育在某种程度上还成了维护教师利益的一个无奈选择。因此,教师和应试教育之间存在着和解的可能。和解的实现,既需要教师顺应学生应试的需求,从而为素质教育的实施赢得一定的空间;更重要的是,需要高考提升命题技术和改进阅卷工作,以限制应试技巧作用的发挥,迫使学生用真实能力来获得分数,从而使应试变得科学合理,让应试教育走上正轨。 Teachers seem to be an aggressive group in examination-oriented education,but actually they are victims of this system. Their education ideals and beliefs are confined by exam-oriented education and there exists natural conflict between them. However, behind the conflict, teachers' interests also rely on this system, which has become, to some extent, an inevitable choice of teachers. From this point of view, there possibly exists some compromise between teachers and examination-oriented education. But the realization of this compromise not only requires teachers to meet students' needs,but also needs to improve the proposition technique and marking work of the college entrance examination to force students to develop real abilities instead of test-taking skills. Only in this way can the exam be scientific and reasonable and the examination-oriented education develops in a correct way.
