摘要
通过对湖南部分高校的调查发现:运用新媒体平台开展高校党员理论学习的物质条件成熟,主流倾向好,特点评价趋于理性,内容认识存在一定差异,主流新媒体平台的影响力有待加强,形式选择呈现多样化趋势等。新媒体平台对高校党员理论学习具有积极影响,如为内容更新提供技术支持,为手段创新拓展渠道,为形式创新提供技术条件,增强了高校党员理论学习的实效。但也面临高校党务工作者话语权威被弱化、先导权和支配权受到冲击等挑战。因此,必须加强运用新媒体平台提高理论学习实效的顶层设计,构建传统媒体与新媒体衔接互补的高校党员理论学习格局,加大高校新媒体理论学习平台建设力度,切实提高高校党员与党务工作者的媒介素养,健全高校党员运用新媒体平台开展理论学习的考评机制。
Through the survey of some universities in Hunan,we found that by using new media platform to carry out theory study of Party members in colleges and universities,the material conditions is mature, the mainstream tendency is good,and the characteristic evaluation tends to be rational,there are some differences in content cognition,the influence of the mainstream new media platform needs to be strengthened, the choice of forms shows a diversity trend, etc. New media platform has positive effects on CCP members' theory study in colleges and universities, such as to provide technical support for content updates, to provide technological conditions for means innovation, and to provide technical conditions for formal innovation,to highlighten the effectiveness of strengthening Party members' theory study. But it also faces the challenges, such as weakening the discourse authority of the university's Party workers and the impact of the leadership and the right of control. Therefore, we must strengthen the use of new media platforms to improve the effectiveness of theory learning top-level design,construct the theory study pattern of the Party members in the traditional media and the new media, strengthen the construction of new media theory learning platform, effectively improve the media literacy of Party members and Party workers in universities and colleges,and improve the evaluation mechanism for college Party members to use new media platforms to carry out theory studies.
