摘要
创新是经济发展的直接动因,激发员工的创新行为是企业实行创新的重要手段。基于社会认知理论和习得性勤奋理论,可以引入外在激励作为调节变量,构建创新自我效能感对员工创新行为的影响模型,然后运用SPSS22.0软件对382名企业员工的调查数据进行假设检验。研究结果表明:创新自我效能感对员工创新行为具有显著的正向影响;外在激励在创新自我效能感与员工创新行为之间起正向调节作用。研究结果不仅可为解释创新自我效能感对员工创新行为的影响提供理论依据,对企业组织进行管理优化进而激发员工创新行为也具有一定的现实意义。
Innovation is the direct cause of economic development,stimulating employee's innovative behavior is an important means for enterprise innovation. Based on the social cognitive theory and the learned industriousness theory,this research constructed a moderating effect model,and examined whether the extrinsic incentive moderated the link between creativity self-efficacy and employees ' creative behavior, the questionnaire survey has been done among 382 employees from different companies. According to the empirical results,several findings are as follows: Self-efficacy is significantly and positive influence the employee 's innovative behavior; Autonomy orientation plays a positive regulatory role between self-efficacy and employee's innovative behavior. The results can not only provide the basis to explaining how the self-efficacy influence the employee's innovative behavior,but also has practical significance for enterprise innovation.
