摘要 随着经济的快速发展和企业定位的不断变化,企业人力资源从业者对于企业生存和发展的影响逐渐增大。然而快速的工作节奏、沉重的工作负担对于他们的工作态度具有重要影响,进而影响企业绩效。工作压力问题引起了社会各界人士的高度关注。如何应对压力,如何将不良压力转化为员工可以接受并给员工以帮助的积极压力,成为相关学者共同关注的话题。从引起人力资源从业者压力的压力源着手,结合国内外相关学者的研究成果,利用因子分析方法研究产生压力的主要原因后得出结论,管理者可以借鉴研究成果找出适合企业缓解并应用压力的措施,从而提升企业的绩效。 With the rapid development of economy,the influence of human resource practitioners on the survival and development of enterprises is increasing,however,the fast work and the heavy work burdens often affect staff's job attitude,and company's performance. Job stress is one of the significant factors which affects staff's work attitude and behavior,the issue of job stress has already drawn high attention by community. How to deal with the pressure, how to transform bad pressure into the positive pressure that human resource practitioners can accept and use,which become the topics of common concern of all scholars. This article starts from the pressure source which causes the pressure of the human resource practitioner,combining with the the domestic research results of the relevant foreign and home scholars,and uses the factor analysis method to study the main reason of the stress,which makes it easy for the manager to draw lessons from the research result to find the good measures that relieve and make use of job stress to enhance the performance of enterprises.
