中国古代"直诉"制度是法史学界研究的热点问题。学界对"直诉"一词的理解既有共识,也有明显的异见。通过梳理中国古代直诉制度的发展历程可以发现,"直诉"一词内涵丰富,对其理解不仅要留意广义与狭义之分,还应注意其在法律的表达与实践层面的差别。

Ancient China 'Zhisu'system is a hot issue in the academic circles. Scholars have reached some consensus on the understanding of the word 'Zhisu ',but there are still some differences. By combing the development of ancient Chinese Zhisu system can be found that the connotation of the word 'Zhisu'is very rich. To understand this word,we should not only pay attention to the difference between the broad sense and the narrow sense,but also pay attention to the difference between the expression and the practice.
