摘要
以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、1,4-丁二醇(1.4-BDO)、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、二羟基甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,采用丙酮法制备了硅氧烷改性的水性聚氨酯树脂。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、表面张力测试等仪器表征了聚氨酯树脂的表观性能,并探索了硅氧烷对聚氨酯的树脂表面性能的影响规律。
Using poly adipic acid-1,4-butanediol glycol ester(PBA),1,4-butanediol(1.4-BDO), 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI),2-hydroxy-methyl propionic acid(DMPA) as raw materials, silicone modified waterborne polyurethane resin was prepared by acetone method. Scanning electron microscope(SEM), surfacetension test instrument was used to characterize the performance of polyurethane resins, and explored the infiuence of silicone resin on the surfaceproperties of polyurethane.
