公路建设项目环境影响分析与评价研究

Study on environmental impact analysis and evaluation of highway construction project

随着社会经济不断发展,我国交通事业发展迅速,相应带动了我国公路设施建设的高速发展,极大地提高了我国的公路交通运输能力,促进了我国现代化建设的进一步发展。另一方面,我国地域广袤,公路工程的分布较为广泛,线路总长度长,工程建设所处的环境较为复杂,在公路工程建设施工过程中,较容易对周边环境造成影响和破坏。因此,加强公路建设项目相关的环境影响分析和评价,对于促进我国公路设施建设与自然生态的和谐发展,具有重要意义。笔者即从公路建设项目入手,就公路建设对生态环境的影响和相关评价指标,发表几点看法,以供相关单位参考。

With the continuous development of social economy, the rapid development of China's transportation industry has led to the rapid development of highway construction in China, which greatly improved the highway transportation capacity and promoted the further development of China's modernization drive. On the other hand, the vast territory of China, the distribution of highway projects is more extensive, the total length of the line is long, the environment in which the project is located is more complicated, and it is easier to influence and destroy the surrounding environment during the construction of highway engineering. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the analysis and evaluation of environmental impact related to highway construction projects and to promote the harmonious development of highway construction and natural ecology in China. The author starts from the highway construction project, on the impact of highway construction on the ecological environment and the relevant evaluation indicators, published a few views for the relevant units for reference.
