目前,虽然吉林省环境保护工作取得较大进步,但环境形势依然非常严峻。排污权交易机制能够提高不同产业的环境准入门槛,可以促进吉林省产业结构的优化调整,进一步促进资源节约型和环境友好型社会的建设。

At present, although the progress is obvious in environmental protection, but the environmental situation is still very grim in Jilin Province. Emissions trading can improve environmental access threshold of the different industry ,promote the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure in Jilin Province, and promote the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
