摘要
目前,大数据应用技术发展迅速.无线电管理机构基于无线电监测网络,积累了大量数据资源.如何应用好这些数据资源,发挥其作用,实现其价值,是无线电管理从业者要思考和着手研究的课题.本文从支撑频谱资源规划和管理、推进电磁环境科学评判、助力监测和干扰查找工作等三方面提出大数据在无线电管理中的应用策略,可以多方面提升无线电监管水平,创新我国无线电管理.
Based on radio monitoring networks, radio management agencies have accumulated a largenumber of data resources. How to implement these data resources to achieve their value is the subject that radiomanagement practitioners should think and study. This paper provides three big data application strategies in radiomanagement: supporting spectrum resources planning and management, promoting the scientific judgment of theelectromagnetic environment, assisting the investigation work of radio interference. These strategies can improveradio monitoring and management, and further innovate our state’s radio management work.
