炎症性肠病营养护理质量指标体系的构建与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的构建炎症性肠病营养护理质量指标体系,为临床标准化营养护理干预提供理论依据。方法根据目前临床现状、临床护理经验、相关指南及文献,初步拟定指标体系。使用德尔菲法,邀请18名专家进行2轮咨询确立炎症性肠病营养护理质量指标体系。结果 2轮专家咨询的积极性均为100%,权威系数分别为0.91、0.88;构建了包括3项一级指标、6项二级指标、20项三级指标的炎症性肠病营养护理质量指标体系。结论构建炎症性肠病营养护理质量指标体系合理、可靠,使临床护理更加专业化。 Objective To construct a quality index system of nursing care for inflammatory bowel disease nutrition to provide evidence for standardized clinical nutrition nursing intervention.Method To formulate a preliminary index system according to present clinical status,clinical nursing experience,related guidance and references.Invite 18 experts to make two rounds of consultation by Delphi method to confirm the quality index system of nursing care for inflammatory bowel disease nutrition.Result Positivity of two-round expert consulting is 100%.Authority coefficients are 0.91 and 0.88.A quality index system of nursing care for inflammatory bowel disease nutrition including 3 first grade indexes,6 second grade indexes and 20 third grade indexes is constructed.Conclusion The quality index system of nursing care for inflammatory bowel disease is reasonable and reliable,which can make clinical nursing more professional.
