摘要
以乙二胺四乙酸钠(EDTA-2Na)和硫酸铁为原料,在常压下通过螯合反应成功地合成了乙二胺四乙酸铁钠(C_(10)H_(12)FeN_2NaO_8·3H_2O)有机微肥。通过单因素法,改变螯合过程中原料配比、温度、时间、溶液pH值等因素,优化乙二胺四乙酸铁钠螯合微肥的制备工艺条件。实验表明,当螯合的原料EDTA-2Na和铁离子的摩尔配比为1:0.9、温度为80℃、溶液pH值为5.5、反应时间为3h时,合成样品的指标达到最佳,铁离子螯合率为98%,螯合铁元素的质量分数为13.3%。
The chelated micronutrient fertilizer(C_(10)H_(12)FeN_2NaO_8·3H_2O)was synthesized from ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium(EDTA-2Na)and ferric sulfate.During the preparation process,such elements as the chelating raw material ratio,the temperature,the time and the pH value get changed by single factor method,so as to optimize the preparation condition for this type of fertilizer.The experimental results show that the optimal synthesis is obtained after three hours' chelation reaction at 80℃,with its mole ratio and pH value at 1:0.9 and 5.5 respectively.Then the product's chelate rate reaches 98% and quality of the chelate iron content is 13.3%
