化工装置中操作、检修平台是生产的辅助部分,针对设计校审时设计人员对平台设置考虑不周全,造成设计不合理、操作和检修不方便等问题,阐述了平台设置的依据、特殊条件时平台如何设置、不同的设备平台如何设置等,以确保平台设计的合理、安全、便利。

Chemical plant operation and platform maintenance are the auxiliary parts of production.Aiming at problems such as unreasonable design,inconvenient operation and maintenance caused by designer＇s inadequate consideration of the platform setting during the review period,this paper discusses the basis of platform configuration,and explains how to set up the platform under special conditions or for different equipment so that the rationality,safety and convenience of the platform design are guaranteed.
