This paper introduces the working principle and type selection of disc valve in Ningmei gasifier process.A combined single-double disc valve method is applied in this process.Due to its reliability in sealing performance,high quality,precise dimensions of single valve,convenience for installation and maintenance and lower cost,this configuration method can be used for reference when similar disc valve should be installed.
