Taking the process of maintenance of large-scale liquid ammonia tank in May 2017 as an example,this paper expounds the processing method of the large liquid ammonia spherical tank before overhaul,and points out the announcements of each treatment step and the safety and environmental protection measures,providing a reference for the overhaul fabrication processing of similar large-scale liquid ammonia spherical tank in other ammonia plants.
