摘要
采用传统氯化钾低温转化法生产硫基复合肥,在造粒干燥过程中产生的含氨、含尘尾气,经处理后难以达标排放。针对这个问题,对旋风除尘器、预洗涤器、洗涤器等进行技术改造,增加了静电除雾器。实践证明,经技改后排放尾气中的粉尘排放浓度可降到30mg/m^3以下,氨排放浓度可控制在50mg/m^3以内,达到国家现行尾气达标排放标准。
It is difficult to discharge according to the emission standards the tail gas containing ammonia and dust,generated in granulation drying process when using the traditional potassium chloride low temperature conversion method to produce sulfur based compound fertilizer.To solve this problem,the technical transformation of the cyclone dust collector,pre-scrubber,scrubber,etc.has been implemented,and electrostatic precipitator added.It has been proved that the dust emission concentration in the exhaust emissions after the technical renovation can be reduced to 30mg/m^3,and the ammonia emission concentration controlled within 50mg/m^3.As a result,the national exhaust emission standards have been met.
