摘要
EEPO有效教育之要素组合课型以训练学生思维为导向,以知识性、个性、创造性、互动、主动、能动为六个衡量指标,对在教学活动中培养学生的思维能力、语言表达能力、组织交往能力及创造力等能力,进而实现有效教育有着重要意义,主要体现在(1)多要素排列组合使用能照顾各个层次学生的学习水平,提高了学习效率;(2)动静转换使用能实现知识性、个性和创造性三位合一,极大地培养了学生的综合能力;(3)团体分工合作让学生更充分地享有主动权,实现互动——主动——能动三联动效应。
Being oriented by training the students' thinking ability,the factor-combined lesson type of EEPO effective education takes knowledge,individual,creation,interaction,initiative and dynamism as six measurement indexes.In teaching activities,it has great impact cultivating the students' thinking ability,language competence,social and organizational ability and creation,which mainly reflects in the following three points.(1)The usage of many factors' combination can take the students at every study level into consideration,improving the study efficiency.(2)The transformation of activity and tranquility makes it possible to present knowledge,individual and creation in a class,which can develop the students' comprehensive ability.(3)Teams' cooperation can make students hold an active position in class,thus,the three linkage effect of interaction-initiative-dynamism can be realized.
