改革开放30多年来,中国的家族企业飞速发展,在中国社会经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色,其特别的运营和管理模式及群体特点已经越来越受到各方面的高度关注。家族企业在运用新的管理资源和引进职业经理人时,却往往因为中国文化中固有的"差序"格局和自身利益最大化的思想,而受困于与职业经理人的关系和信任的困境。研究的核心问题是,职业经理人在家族企业工作环境中,与家族企业主之间的信任格局,以及这种信任对职业经理人的行为有什么影响。本文基于家族企业主获得职业经理人信任的视角,对这一问题展开讨论,研究在家族企业中如何形成稳定的信任格局,以及在此格局下职业经理人的行为。从理论层面上,可能的创新主要体现为:从职业经理人的视角来讨论家族企业主行为,家族企业主应该如何获取职业经理人的信任。对家族企业如何建立信任机制、有效使用职业经理人进行了讨论,并提供了对策建议。

In the 37 years of reform and opening up, China＇ family businesses have experienced the rapid development and are playing more and more important roles inChina＇ social and econoTheir special operations and management patterns as well as the population characteristictracting more and more attention from all aspects. However, when family businmanagement resources and introducing professional managers, they are often trapped in the plight of therelationship with and the trust of the professional managers because of the inherent “ difference sequencepattern” inChinese culture and their pursuit of sel--beneftt maximization. The core issuethat the trust between professional managers and the family business owners in the family business envi-ronment and what s the effect of this trust on the behaviors of a professional manager. This thesis, fromthe perspective of the family business owners obtaining the professional manager？s trstudy how to form a stable pattern of trust in family business and the behavior of professional managers in this pattern. From the theoretical level, the innovations of this thesis are： to discuss from the perspective of professional managers the behaviors of family business owners and to study what family business owners should do to obtain the trust of professional managers. Finally, we discuss how establish trust mechanism and effectively use professional managers, and we also provide some counter-measures and recommendations.
