摘要 车身内覆盖件检测技术与检测方法对其边线、形面和孔径公差的检测效率有至关重要的影响。针对某进口车车身内覆盖件,以车身在线检测的两种手段为例,讨论了车身检具与三维坐标测量机的测量原理与方法。检测结果表明,车身检具与三维坐标测量机均可以实现车身内覆盖件的高精度检测。相对于车身检具准确、直观、快速的检测特点,三维坐标测量机能够更准确地检测出不合格产品的误差位置规律,更利于指导模具调试,缩短模具开发周期。 The detection efficiency of the body line,shape and aperture tolerance for the automobile body in-ner covering parts is deeply influenced by the detection technology and detection method. In this paper,the measurement principle and method of vehicle body inspection instrument and the three coordinate measuringdiscussed based on the two methods of vehicle body on line detection against the body of an imported car cover parts. Test results showed that the body inspection instrument and the three CMM could realize the high precision detection for the in-ner covering parts. Compared with the accurate,intuitive and fast detection tool of the automobile body,the three CMMcould detect the position of the error of the unqualified products more accurately,which was more helpful debugging and shorten the development cycle of the die.
