“一带一路”倡议中的金融合作

自"一带一路"倡议提出以来,金融已经贯穿到与沿线国家和地区合作相关的各个领域。受我国与沿线国家和地区之间资源禀赋、经济发展水平等差异的影响,"一带一路"倡议衍生出了众多金融合作的机遇。在以互联互通为中心的基础设施建设中,我国与沿线国家和地区之间已经初步形成了一个由国内金融组织、"四行一金"为主体的区域性金融组织和国际货币基金组织等为中心的世界性金融组织构成的立体式金融合作网络。面对沿线国家和地区日益增加的巨量金融需求,今后应该加强我国与沿线国家和地区之间的金融合作创新,积极加强沿线各国金融基础设施建设,推动人民币国际化的深化和创新型"互联网+金融"在各国的应用。

Since the Belt and Road Initiative is brought forward,finance has penetrated through every field of cooperation with the countries and regions concerned. Due to the differences in resource endowment and economic development levels between our country and the countries and regions concerned,the Belt and Road strategic conception has generated a lot of opportunities for financial cooperation. In the infrastructure construction centered on interconnection and interworking,a stereo financial cooperation network composed of domestic financial organizations,regional financial organizations（ Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank,BRICS Development Bank,SCO Development Bank,Silk Road Fund,etc.） and international financial organizations（ IMF,etc.） has been formed between our country and the countries and regions concerned. Faced by the ever-increasing vast financial demand of the countries and regions concerned,the innovation in financial cooperation between our country and the countries and regions concerned should be strengthened,the financial infrastructure construction be actively improved,and the internalization of RMB be deepened and the application of innovative ＂internet plus finance＂promoted in the countries concerned.
