恽代英是中国共产党早期杰出的领导人和著名理论家。1926年3月,他被派往黄埔军校担任政治主任教官,后担任政治总教官。在黄埔军校期间,恽代英在《黄埔日刊》上发表了九篇文章,提出通过培养责任意识、强化纪律意识、树立榜样和荣誉意识,加强对革命青年理想信念培育;他高度重视军队的思想政治工作,教育青年懂得服从、懂得学习、懂得联合;他还对中国国情和革命性质、对象以及社会各阶级现状进行了分析,为党探讨新民主主义革命理论作出了贡献。恽代英在黄埔军校时期的思想具有系统性、前瞻性和导向性,集中反映了这一时期恽代英的思想主张。

Yun Daiying is an outstanding leader and famous theorist in the early days of the CPC. In March1926,he was dispatched to Huangpu Military Academy as political director,and then assumed general political director. During this period,he published nine essays in Huangpu Daily and brought forward the idea of strengthening the ideal and faith education for revolutionary youth by cultivating the consciousness of responsibility,strengthening the consciousness of discipline and setting up the consciousness of example and honor; he highly stressed the ideological and political work of the army,teaching the youth to learn to obey,learn to learn,and learn to unite; he also analyzed the national conditions of China,the nature and object of revolution,and the status quo of social stratum,making contribution to the Party＇s exploring in the new democratic revolutionary theory. Yun Daiying＇s thought in the Huangpu Military Academy period is systematic,forward-looking and guiding,resembling his ideological views in this period.
