对基层工会干部素质影响工会作用发挥的思考

Reflection on Influence of Cadres in Local Trade Union on Role of Trade Union

基层工会干部承担了最为主要、最为直接的工会领导工作,其自身素质的高低是影响基层工会组织有效发挥作用的关键,也是新形势下开展工会工作迫切需要解决的问题。因而,努力提高基层工会干部的整体素质和工作能力,就成为加快基层工会组织建设、切实发挥工会维权能力和提高工作水平、推动工运事业发展的重要因素。

Cadres of local trade union bear the direct and the most important leadership of trade union; their quality is the key for trade union to play its effective role, and is also the problem, which needs to be solved urgently to develop works of trade union under the new times. Therefore, striving to enhance the overall quality and service ability of cadres of local trade union is the important factor to expedite grass-roots trade union organizations, practically develop rights protection ability of trade union, improve work level, and drive development of workers’movement.
