摘要
巴陵石化公司坚持"真困难、真帮助,特别困难、特别帮助",构建长效帮扶的领导体制、工作机制、监督机制,围绕职工群众最关心、最直接、最现实的问题抓好精准帮扶,不断拓展帮扶工作内容,创新帮扶工作形式,切实兑现"不让一个职工因家庭困难而看不起病,不让一个职工子女因家庭困难而上不起学,不让一个职工家庭生活在贫困线以下"的"三不让"承诺,有效促进了企业和谐发展。
China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Baling branch office sticks to “offer real assistance for staff with real difficulty, and provide special assistance for staff with special dif culty”; establishes leadership system, working mechanism and supervisory mechanism for long-acting assistance; grasps accurate assistance by following the direct and the most practical problems which staff care so much; constantly expands assistance work contents; innovates assistance work form; actually realizes three promises, that are “let each staff to be able to see a doctor when he/she is sick; let each staff to be able to send their children to attend school; let each staff to be able to get rid of poverty”; and effectively promote harmonious development of enterprises.
