论推进共享发展必须增加劳动收入——学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话的几点体会

On Labor Income Shall Be Increased to Promote Sharing and Development——Studying President Xi Jinping's Speeches

共享发展是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,是新发展理念的重要内容,已经成为指导各项工作的基本遵循,对此必须做出更加有效的制度安排。崇尚劳动是实现共享发展的基本前提,崇尚劳动就必须尊重劳动、尊重劳动者;坚持问题导向,以共享发展的最大障碍——劳动收入偏低作为切入点,深入剖析改革开放以来收入分配领域存在的突出问题;加深对劳动价值理论与收入分配关系的认识,找准增加劳动收入、推进共享发展的基本途径和制度选择,从而增加人民群众在共建共享中的更多获得感。

Sharing development is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the important content of idea of new development, which has become the principle to guiding various works; therefore, effectively institutional arrangement aiming to it shall be realized. Advocating labor is the fundamental precondition to realize sharing development; advocating labor shall respect labor and laborers; follow the guidance of problem, take relatively low labor income which is the largest barrier of sharing development as entry point, to deeply analyze problems existing in income distribution since Chinese economic reform; deepen understanding on labor value theory and relation between income and distribution, pinpoint basic approach and system to increase labor income and promote sharing development, then to add people’s feeling of acquisition on co-construction and sharing.
