摘要
目前国内关于腐败亚文化理论的研究还处于萌芽阶段。通过腐败亚文化问题的研究,可以丰富腐败亚文化理论,有利于中国特色反腐理论的发展。完善法律制度,用法治约束人情、规范权力,借鉴国外优秀的反腐措施加强权力监督乃消除腐败亚文化的主要对策。
Subculture of corruption will enrich theory of subculture of corruption, and make for development of anti-corruption theory with Chinese characteristics. Perfect legal system, restrain kindness through government by law, standardize authority, and reinforce main countermeasures for power supervision and subculture of corruption elimination by mirroring outstanding measure on anti-corruption in foreign countries.
