摘要
为有效解决线损变动因素相互耦合、难以定量分析的难题,提出一种面向时空全过程的线损变动分析方法。首先,创建面向时空全过程的线损变动指标体系,理清时空中各影响因素的耦合关系;基于回归分析法,建立线损变动时空全过程分析模型,计算出各因素对线损变动的贡献度,为开展线损管控提供参考。该方法与"四分"线损管理体系配合应用,能有效提升线损管理的精益化、智能化、科学化水平。
Because the line loss fluctuation factors are intercoupling and difficult to quantitative analysis, a new analysis method for line loss fluctuation based on the whole space-time process was proposed in this paper. Firstly, in order to describe the coupling relationship among the complex factors, a quantitative evaluation index system for line loss based on spatial-temporal process was proposed. The line loss fluctuation analysis model was established based on regression analysis, and the contribution degrees for each influence factor were calculated, which provided useful reference value for taking corresponding measures to control line loss. The cooperative application combined with the proposed method and the "four division method" line loss management system could effectively improve the intelligent and scientific level of line loss management system.
