The Connotation,Value and Cultivation of Identification with the Rule of Law in Contemporary China

法治认同是公众对法治建设客观历史进程的一种主观心理感受与判断。从内涵来看,法治方向是法治认同的限度,法治意义是法治认同的深度,法治目的是法治认同的高度,法治内容是法治认同的广度。从价值来看,法治认同是全面建成小康社会的重要条件,是全面深化改革的重要手段,是全面推进依法治国的重要环节,是全面从严治党的重要因素。在法治认同养成上,法治建设健康发展是基本前提,公众参与法治进程是有效措施,广泛开展法治宣传教育是培育基础。

Identification of law is a kind of subjective psychological feeling and judgment of the public to the objective historical process of the construction of the rule of law. In the context of connotation,the direction of the rule of law is the limit of identification with the rule of law,the significance of the rule of law is the depth of identification with the rule of law,the goal of the rule of law is the height of identification with the rule of law,and the content of the rule of law is the breadth of identification with the rule of law. From the perspective of value,identification with the rule of law constitutes an important condition for building a well-off society in an all-around way and constructs an important means to comprehensively deepen reform. It is an important measure to promote the rule of law comprehensively and is an important factor to comprehensively place high demands on the party. In the development of identification with the rule of law,healthy development of the rule of law forms the premise,the public participation in the rule of law process is an effective measure,and widely carrying out the education of rule of law is the basis of cultivation.
