内外固定加全冠修复治疗磨牙纵裂临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Internal and External Fixation With Full Crown Restoration for the Treatment of Grinding Teeth

目的探讨内外固定联合全冠修复治疗磨牙纵裂临床疗效。方法研究对象为口腔门诊就诊的磨牙纵裂患者130例,其中共治疗130例患牙,上颌磨牙66例,下颌磨牙64例。先患牙进行X光检查,对患处进行局麻处理,清除患牙周围的食物残渣。用结扎丝在横沟内固定裂开的两部分牙体,在去除根尖牙髓的同时进行根管治疗。在内外固定完成并进行根管治疗1周后观察,对已经修复后的牙齿进行倒模,烤瓷全冠和金属全冠铸造好后对患牙进行最终修复。在修复治疗后的6个月、12个月、24个月进行随访并对治疗效果进行评价。结果 130颗纵裂磨牙治疗后24个月进行随访,治愈106颗,有效17颗,失败7颗,总有效率为94.6%。结论在严格控制适应证并正确操作的前提下,内外固定联合全冠修复治疗磨牙纵裂具有较好临床效果,且疗效可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal and external fxation combined with full crown restoration for the treatment of longitudinal fracture. Methods 130 cases of patients with molar rupture were treated in the oral outpatient clinic, including 130 patients with teeth, 66 cases of maxillary molar and 64 cases of mandibular grinding. An X-ray examination of the tooth was performed to remove the food residue around the tooth. The two parts of the teeth that were fxed in the transverse groove were fxed with ligaments, and the root canal was removed while the root canal was removed. After the internal and external fxation was completed and the root canal treatment was observed after 1 week, the repaired teeth were inverted, the porcelain crown and the metal crown were finished and the tooth was fnally repaired. Follow-up was performed at 6 months, 12 months and 24 months after treatment, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results In the 24 months after treatment of 130 longitudinal crack grinding teeth, 106 were curey, 17 were successfully, 7 were failed, total effective rate was 94.6%. Conclusion The clinical effect of internal and external fxation combined with full crown restoration for the treatment of grinding teeth has a good clinical effect on the premise of strict control of the indications and proper operation.
