鼻中隔软骨在鼻尖整形和隆鼻手术失败后修复术中的应用研究

Application Study of Nasal Septal Cartilage in the Repair Surgery After Failure of Nasal Plastic Surgery and Rhinoplasty

目的分析鼻中隔软骨在鼻尖部整形和隆鼻手术失败后修复中的应用效果。方法以我院2010年2月—2016年6月住院接受鼻尖整形、隆鼻手术失败后修复术的216例患者为观察对象,在数字表法的应用下随机分为观察组(108例)、对照组(108例),对照组患者采用硅胶材料进行修复,观察组患者接受鼻中隔软骨修复,均进行为期1年的随访,分析两组并发症、鼻部外观满意度等相关指标变化情况。结果观察组并发症发生率1.85%,对照组并发症发生率为10.19%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组鼻尖高、鼻尖矫正成功率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组在鼻尖宽、鼻尖角、后旋角、表现点、鼻背高度等指标方面的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻尖整形、隆鼻手术失败后修复患者在术中应用鼻中隔软骨的效果显著,操作方便,简单易行,安全且可靠,外观恢复良好,有效满足患者的内心需求,进而提高满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of nasal septal cartilage in therepair surgery after failure of nasal plastic surgery and rhinoplasty. Methods216 patients who underwent the repair surgery after failure of nasal plasticsurgery and rhinoplasty from February 2012 to June 2016 in our hospitalwere treated as subjects and were randomly divided into observationgroup （n=108） and control group （n=108） in the application of digital tablemethod, the patients in the control group were treated with silicone material,the patients in the observation group were treated with nasal septal cartilagerepairment, all patients were followed for a one-year period,to analysis ofthe complications, nose appearance satisfaction and other related indicatorschanges of the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in theobservation group was 1.85%, the incidence of complications in the controlgroup group was10.19%, the difference between two groups was signifcant（P 〈 0.05）, there was no signifcant difference in the success rate of nasaltip between two groups （P 〉 0.05）, there was no signifcant difference insatisfaction between two groups in the indexes such as nasal tip width,nasal tip angle, posterior rotation angle, performance point and nasal height（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nasal septal cartilage in patientswith nasal tip resection and rhinoplasty failure is signifcant, which is easyto operate, simple, safe and reliable. The appearance is effectively meet thepatient＇s inner needs, thereby improving satisfaction.
