盐酸利多卡因胶浆在经鼻胃肠置管的应用

The Application of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Gel in the Nasal Gastrointestinal Tract

目的减轻插胃肠管及留置过程给患者带来的痛苦,提高患者插管的依从性和生活质量。方法将在造影室经鼻胃肠管留置患者52例,作为观察组,观察组在插管前5 min在患者鼻腔内缓慢滴注盐酸利多卡因胶浆10 ml,并用盐酸利多卡因胶浆润滑导管后进行插管;将在本院病房内行鼻胃管胃肠减压及鼻饲患者127例,作为对照组,对照组使用石蜡油按照常规方法插管。结果插管时鼻腔及咽喉部不适感,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;一次插管成功率观察组100.00%(52/52),对照组94.48%(120/127);置管后及3 d内鼻腔及咽喉部不适感观察组同样优于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用盐酸利多卡因胶浆滴鼻并润滑导管后插管能减轻患者痛苦,并在留置过程中耐受性良好,提高患者对插管的依从性及生活质量。

Objective To reduce the pain caused by the gastrointestinal tract and the process of leaving the patient, and improve the compliance and quality of life of intubation. Methods 52 patients were placed in the radiography room through the nasal gastrointestinal tube, as observation group, in the observation group, lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage 10 ml was slowly injected into the nasal cavity 5 min before intubation, the catheter was intubated with lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage; 127 cases of nasogastric tube, gastrointestinal decompression and nasal feeding were performed in the ward of our hospital, as a control group, the control group was given paraffn oil and intubated according to the routine method. Results With regard to nasal and throat discomfort during intubation, the observation group was better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. The success rate of single intubation was 100.00% （52/52） in the observation group, the control group was 94.48% （120/127）. The nasal cavity and throat discomfort in the observation group after 3 d were better than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage and lubrication of the catheter after intubation can relieve the pain of the patient, and it is well tolerated during the indwelling period, it can improve the compliance and quality of life in patients with intubation.
