缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Valsartan Dispersible Tablets Combined With Alprostadil Injection on Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探讨缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年5月治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎患者160例(无合并其他慢性疾患,肾功能正常,未应用激素、免疫抑制剂),采用随机奇数偶数法分为两组,对照组80例给予缬沙坦分散片治疗,观察组80例给予缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗,对照两组的治疗效果与不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量(Upro)均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valsartan dispersible tablets combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 160 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were treated with random odd number method in the two groups. In the control group, 80 patients were treated with valsartan dispersible tablets, 80 cases of observation group were given valsartan dispersible tablets combined with alprostadil injection treatment, the control effect of the two groups and adverse reactions were compared. Results The levels of urine protein （Upro） were signifcantly decreased in the two groups after 24 hours of treatment （P 〈 0.05）, the observation group was signifcantly lower than the control group, there was statistically signifcant difference（P 〈 0.05）, the two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Valsartan dispersible tablet combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is satisfactory.
