抗心绞痛联合抗焦虑-抑郁药物治疗心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁症状的效果分析

Analysis the Efficacy of Angina Pectoris Combined With Anti Anxiety and Depression Drugs in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris Accompanied by Anxiety and Depression

目的研究抗心绞痛联合抗焦虑-抑郁药物对心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁症状的治疗效果。方法在我院进行心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁症状治疗患者中随机选取120例(2014年2月—2016年4月)为研究对象,分成对照组(抗心绞痛药物)、观察组(抗心绞痛、焦虑、抑郁药物),60例/组,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率96.67%,优于对照组患者的71.67%,P<0.05。结论对心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁患者使用抗心绞痛联合抗焦虑-抑郁药物治疗,疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of angina pectoris combined with anti anxiety and depression drugs in the treatment of angina pectoris accompanied with anxiety and depression. Methods In our hospital, 120 cases （from February 2014 to April 2016） were randomly selected for the treatment of angina pectoris accompanied by anxiety and depression, they were divided into control groups （anti angina drugs）, observation group （anti angina, anxiety and depression drugs）, 60 cases in each group, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was signifcantly better than that of the control group 71.67%, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The treatment of angina pectoris combined with anxiety and depression in patients with angina pectoris combined with anti anxiety and depression drugs is effective and suitable for clinical use.
