摘要 目的筛选金银花抑制流感病毒神经氨酸酶的有效部位,为阐明金银花有效抗流感成分物质基础提供科学依据。方法金银花经石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取,分别测定不同组分对流感病毒神经氨酸酶的抑制作用,确定其有效部位。结果金银花乙酸乙酯部位对神经氨酸酶有较强的抑制作用,对H3N2和H1N1流感病毒神经氨酸酶的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为(243.18±18.47)μg/ml和(198.34±9.67)μg/ml。结论基于活性导向,明确了金银花中对流感病毒神经氨酸酶有抑制作用的组分,为阐明其抗流感物质基础及新药开发具有指导意义。 Objective To screen the effective parts of hamercopsin to inhibit the neuraminidase of infuenza virus, and to provide scientifc basis for elucidating the material basis of effective anti-influenza component of honeysuckle. Methods The honeysuckle was extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, and the inhibitory effect of different components on the neuraminidase of infuenza virus was determined. Results The ethyl acetate fraction of flos lonicerae has a strong inhibitory effect on neuraminidase, the median inhibitory concentration (IC50) for neuraminidase of H3N2 and H1N1 infuenza viruses was (243.18±18.47) g/ml and (198.34±9.67) g/ml, respectively. Conclusion Based on the activity-oriented, it is clear that the components of the hamisinchins have inhibitory effect on the neurospitase of influenza virus, and it is of significance to elucidate its anti-influenza material base and new drug development.
