浅析细辛剂量在临床中的合理应用

Analysis of the Rational Use of Asarum Dose in Clinic

目的对细辛的剂量在临床中的合理应用进行探讨。方法抽取某医院2016年含细辛的门诊处方3 261张,从使用剂量、使用时间等进行回顾性的整理,结合细辛在临床使用中的毒性、剂量等相关文献进行分析。结果 3 261张细辛处方,1~3 g的剂量处方占总处方数的54.00%,剂量在3 g以上的占46.00%,超过药典用量的比例较高;处方天数7天以内的占总处方量的98.07%。结论某医院的细辛使用基本合理。临床使用以药典剂量为准则;急症、重症和疑难杂症超剂量使用应遵循辨证论治;注重使用方法,降低细辛毒性;充分利用配伍规律,减毒增效。

Objective The rational use of asarum in clinical practice was discussed. Methods 3 261 prescriptions of asarum in a hospital in 2016were draw out, retrospective review was done on the dose and time of use, the toxicity and dosage of asarum in clinical use were analyzed. Results Among the 3 261 pieces of asarum prescription, 1~3 g dose prescription accounted for 54.00% of the total number of prescription, dosage in 3 g was more than 46.00%, proportion more than the dosage of pharmacopoeia was higher. Prescription number within 7 days accounted for 98.07% of the total prescriptions. Conclusion The use of asarum in a hospital is basically reasonable. the clinical use is based on the pharmacopoeia dose. Acute and severe overdose and difficult miscellaneous diseases should follow the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Pay attention to using method, reducing the toxicity of as arum. Make full use of compatibility law, reduce toxicity and increasing effciency.
