摘要 目的对医院检验科日立7180和贝克曼AU680生化仪的常规生化项目测定结果进行比对分析。方法取30份患者的新鲜混合血清和质控物,分别在日立7180和贝克曼AU680两个检测系统进行测定,测定的生化项目为血糖(GLU)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(PHOS)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、肌酐(CRE)、尿素(Urea)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、淀粉酶(AMY)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、尿酸(UA)、血镁(Mg),将日立7180测定值作为预期值,贝克曼AU680测定值作为观察值,对两组检测数据进行统计学处理,获得该仪器新的K值和截距,以之为校正因子对贝克曼AU680的检测结果进行校正。结果通过对患者混合血清的检测和比对,两个检测系统校准获取的常规生化项目的结果具有高度一致性。结论日立7180和贝克曼AU680两个不同检测系统在对生化项目进行测定时可通过校正和比对来达到测定结果的一致性。 Objective To compare the results of biochemical analyzer between Hitachi 7180 and Beckman AU680 in routine biochemical project in department of clinical laboratory. Methods The fresh mixed serum and quality control of 30 patients were measured on the two detection systems of Hitachi 7180 and Beckman AU680. The biochemical items were blood glucose (GLU), serum calcium (Ca), blood phosphorus (PHOS), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (CHOL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT), creatinine (CRE), urea (Urea), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), total bilirubin (TB), direct bilirubin (DB), amylase (AMY), total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), uric acid (UA), and blood magnesium (Mg). The Hitachi 7180 detection values were taken as the expected value, the Beckman AU680’s were taken as the observation value. The data of two groups were processed statistically, and the new K value and intercept of the instrument were obtained. The correction factor was used to correct the detection result of Backman AU680. Results After testing the patient’s mixed serum, the results of the two biochemical tests obtained from the two test systems were highly consistent. Conclusion Through the correction and comparison, the results of biochemical analysis project could achieve consistency in the two different detection system of Hitachi 7180 and Backman AU680.
